registering with the Creativity Workshop, LLC. you agree to these terms
and conditions:
PAYMENT
You can pay by VISA or MasterCard, check, money order and wire transfer.
Space is limited and accommodations will be assigned on a first come first
serve basis. We encourage early registration in order to confirm your
place and obtain the level of accommodations you seek.

CREDIT AND REFUND POLICY
By attending the Creativity Workshop (“Workshop”), participant
agrees to participate in the Workshop during the time period chosen. If
you must cancel your trip before your scheduled departure, for any reason
not covered by your travel insurance, you will receive a Creativity Workshop
Credit Voucher according to the cancellation fee schedule below.
Workshops in Europe: There
are no refunds of any portion of the registration fee once payment is
made. If a participant cancels participation in the Workshop, part of
the tuition portion of the registration fee will be issued as a Creativity
Workshop Credit Voucher and may be applied to a future Workshop according
to the following schedule of cancellation fees:
Cancellation Fees (days prior to beginning of Workshop):
Up to 121 days: $150
120-91 days: 20% of tuition fee.
90-61 days: 50% of tuition fee.
60-0 days: No Creativity Workshop Credit Voucher available.
No other portion of the registration fee will be credited. No credit of
any fees will be made after the Workshop begins. Creativity Workshop Credit
Vouchers expire after 15 months from the first day of the Workshop.
Workshops in New York: There
are no refunds of any portion of the registration fee once payment is
made. If a participant cancels participation in the Workshop, part of
the tuition portion of the registration fee will be issued as a Creativity
Workshop Credit Voucher and may be applied to a future Workshop according
to the following schedule of cancellation fees:
Cancellation Fees (days prior to beginning of Workshop):
Up to 121 days: $150
120-91 days: 20% of total registration fee.
90-31 days: 50% of total registration fee.
30-0 days: No Creativity Workshop Credit Voucher available.
No other portion of the registration fee will be credited. No credit of
any fees will be made after the Workshop begins. Creativity Workshop Credit
Vouchers expire after 12 months from the first day of the Workshop.
Protect yourself by purchasing travel insurance.
In many cases you can retain the full value of your trip
if you have to cancel, by purchasing travel insurance to cover your Creativity
Workshop trip. Travel insurance covers specific circumstances for fees
as low as $150. You can cancel right up until the moment of your departure.
If you must cancel your trip before your scheduled departure, for any
reason not covered by your travel insurance, you will receive a Creativity
Workshop Credit Voucher according to the cancellation fee schedule above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Creativity Workshop is a unique program run by the founders and directors,
Shelley Berc and Alejandro Fogel and other trained teachers. In case the
Workshop has to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance the Creativity
Workshop, LLC shall reimburse the participant the full amount of the registration
fee. The Creativity Workshop, LLC reserves the right to decline to accept
or retain participants as members of the group at its sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge and agree that the Creativity Workshop, LLC acts only as
an agent, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with
the services of any hotel proprietor, or hotel service or for any other
person engaged in carrying out the housing arrangements. In the event
that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of
the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary
or arrangements, to change times and days of classes or change classroom
venues, such alternatives may be made without liability to the Creativity
Workshop, LLC.
Further, the Creativity Workshop, LLC accepts no responsibility for loss
of tickets, nor for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for
personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense
due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, quarantine,
sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes
or for any of the above arising due to participant's participation in
the Workshop.
CREATIVITY WORKSHOP, LLC, SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO ANY
PARTICIPANT FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN
APPRISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. With this insurance
you can protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that might prevent
your attendance. We suggest a plan which offers coverage for medical and
dental emergencies, lost baggage, missed connections, and trip cancellation
should you or a family member have a medical problem that prevents you
from attending. The Creativity Workshop, LLC is not responsible for cancellations
due to medical emergencies or reimbursement of airline tickets in the
event of a workshop cancellation.
